Last day in California

Yesterday morning a Coyote came up to our condo, it was about 9 am.
Today we drove toward Monterey and on the way we visited Pigeon Point Lighthouse. It is located north of Santa Cruz.
This is a great shot of the light with the sun behind it.
Another view of the lighthouse, they are beginning a restoration of the light.
This lens was originally from Cape Hatteras. It was sent to Pigeon Point via Cape Horn. Upon completion of the restoration of Pigeon Point Lighthouse the lens will be reinstalled.
This area was a surprise because of all the vegetables and fruit that they grow. This picture is leaks, but we also saw artichokes, strawberries and Brussels sprouts.

In Santa Cruz we saw a natural bridge with hundreds of pelicans.
The bay at Monterey was very nice.
These kids were in training on how to tack the boat quickly.
Another view of Monterey's harbor.
The "17 mile drive" south of Monterey has a thousands of beautiful views.
We will be coming back to Ohio on Saturday and then on Tuesday we will start our track home to Florida. The blog will start again as we travel south. Keep clicking on the ads, support the poor.
